Just one function Transfer file (e.g. .png or .jpg) to Android SD card via OTG use, this OTG will connect to GPIO of Raspberry Pi to Android device connector via USB OTG. Raspberry Pi will run by Debian system or Ubuntu. It will trigger by one physical button which connected to GPIO. Once GPIO level is high, procedure will be started to transmit files in specific folder to android. It can be install small service apk in android, to listen I/O or socketing , but not alway occupy whole android system resource. Required language: Mainly python is better. If you use C code for Raspberry pi side, please pack it as module of python. Included basic manual and provide 2nd method of file transmitting function will be better.

Very highly skilled on Industrial IoT. Have worked with android as well. Will be handy with both Python and C. A simple Android app will be required for this to communicate with the pi. Without customizing features projects can be done in 5 days.
