Photo-Editing Mobile Application similar to PhotoGrid (Android & iOS)

If I am asked about the major competitor or the reference application for this project, I would suggest you to have a look at "PHOTOGRID ([login to view URL])" application on both the iOS & Android stores. This project resembles 80% of the functionalities with the PHOTOGRID application, and so if you can build something like the later mentioned, we have something to discuss. As one of the other team was previously engaged in working on this application and they have almost covered one major module from the requirements (Photo-Editing). So please have a look at the attached .apk as well and put in your thoughts and solutions (as well as your thoughts on the current build) how we can out beat the competition in the market and also build something better than the referenced application.
