Maps application for Android and IPhone to log spots to shoot photography

I am interested in creating a Maps application for Android (universal) and IPhone (universal) to add markers of places for photography. I want to build the app simultaneously for Iphone and Android by using some multiple platform coding language available in the market. Don't bid if you don't have experience on building this kind of applications, I need to see samples of applications created by you. The application should be similar to existing Maps Me app Open Source, see more information here [login to view URL] but I don't want many of its functionalities, I don't want navigation for instance, which is an important module. Open Source codes can be found on their site as well. This is a small summary of what I need the application for: I am a photographer and I would like to have an application that allows me to find my GPS position on an OFFLINE map (open street map) and mark as many points as I need with different colors and different descriptions, categorize them and add photos, videos and several custom fields. These are the main features, like I said, I love Maps Me and it should look like it without navigation and a few more things. I just need this below: • Use Open Street Map as main map [login to view URL] This will allow me to download offline maps to my mobile from any country, no need to have a sim card from the country I am visiting, I just need the downloaded map. • Download offline maps the way Maps Me does it, using open street map. I will be able to download maps from their servers and app should know when there is an update from Open Street so the downloaded maps can be updated • Have the option to switch from Open Street Map to Google Maps and Satellite option, so I can see the same points I marked on any of the chosen maps. If I have a sim card, I want to see where the same point I marked is located on google maps street and satellite views • Mark a point with a long press on the screen, same as Maps Me • Search any items/objects from Open Street Map with the search function • Search any manually saved waypoints/markers. Maps Me does not allow to search points marked by the name or description, I should be able to do that. For instance, I want to search all points marked that contain XXXX or belong to category X, etc. Or maybe I want to display or markers that have the "panoramic" or "sunset" icon or color and hide all others • Import Google Earth kmz files so I can see all points added on Google Earth on my application. When imported we'll be asked the name of the new category, Maps Me does not allow you to change the name on import • Export all waypoints to a file so they can shared, or imported in Google Earth • Share a waypoint with applications I have on mobile, send by email, WhatsApp, send to Google Drive, etc • Show distance in kms/miles and orientation (arrow) from current position to marker • Synchronize with Google Account. I should be able to run app on any number of Android devices, the markets should be available in all of them, synched, the same way google Keep and other applications work, if I add markers on my Mobile I want to have them in my tablet if I switch to my tablet.
