Hi, I can provide only an Android App if you are happy with that ping me.. Anyways I will never accept a project of this amount at the begging so we should split the project ... Android has Gps functionalities an a lot of stuff that I see you need in your project, but I don't have clear how to get the temperature .. I have been working with GPS systems since 2012 so I'm sure I can make this work for you. The simple way to make this work is to use a vehicle tracking device that runs on battery power, and ans an analog sensor input we can use for the thermometer. There are devices that do this available, we just have to figure out which one will work best for the application.
