AN INTERGRATED DATABASE SYSTEM FOR ONLINE MONITORING OF CONSTRUCTION SITE(S)/PROJECT(S)

I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. The system aims to achieve a transparent day-to-day management of all projects under construction. To achieve this objective, all the stakeholders must be involved on personal basis in the management of any project. Also, since it is a huge challenge for all the stakeholders to have a common meeting to exchange ideas on rules and regulations, quality assurance and compliance on the on-going project, this system will bring all of them under one single database which will make work flow very easy and improve project monitoring. The system will integrate the database such that each stakeholder will have limited access as per the level of permission allocated by the administrator. Objectives of the Project Proposal The system seeks to achieve the following: 1. Develop a transparent database for all active construction projects in country incorporating construction professionals and relevant government agencies. 2. Create a clear coordination and streamline communication between developer, contractor, government agencies and construction professionals using a common database platform. 3. Create a single integrated database system where NCA will monitor contractor(s) project site activities anytime. 4. Enhance construction professionalism by capturing professionals’ (Engineers, Architects etc.) inspection notes on a specific project(s) they are undertaking, through a database platform. 5. Generate Database summary Reports for any project
