Development of 10 mobile apps

Hi, I would like someone to develop 10 mobile apps for me. I prefer android, but I am also fine with Iphone. This is to be discussed later. I need someone that: -Has a lot of experience developing mobile apps for android, mainly games, but also other types of apps. -Has creativity, being able to create new apps given only the topic (eg. candy game, or casino game) -You transfer to me the exclusive rights of the apps and you won't share the code with anyone -You transfer to me all the files needed in order for the app to run and be publicly visible in the app store -You send me a working demo of each app you are developing for my approval: I choose to go ahead or not. If I am happy with the work, I may hire you in the future. Please tell me about your experience developing mobile apps when applying, and show me a sample of your work (2 apps is enough). I will pay you for the entire project, not hourly. Please send me your proposal by the entire project (state a value).
