This is Maxwell from Lets Viva Ltd, we are a software development company in Hong Kong which provide mobile app and web development service and solution to our clients since 2011. Currently, we have a request to develop an instant messaging app as a part of a construction management system for inspector and worker to communicate. Since this project is quite urgent (have to be launch within 1.5 months) and our in-house developers are occupied. We are looking for an outsource/freelance developer to handle this project. The app has to be developed using Cordova and will need to integrate with server API provided by our client. Our responsibility is only to implement the client app, server coding will be done by our client. Also since it just a supporting app for a larger system, the scale of this app won't be very large. I would like to know the following information from your side: Whether you are able to arrange timeslot to handle this project What kind of development job you have completed in this freelance platform? Preferably Cordova based project and/or instant messaging project Do you have any experience with the following technology/tools: Cordova Android / iOS development Google Play / App Store deployment APNS / GCM / FCM Local Storage Handle push notification when the app is not in foreground / not running SourceTree HTML5 / JS / JQuery / CSS Since the project’s timeframe is quite short, it is very important that you are willing to follow the project timeline, provide daily build or at least regular build and regular update so we can keep track the process of the project and provide additional help before things get worst.
