I WANT A MOVIE STREAMING APP DESIGN AND BUILD . EVERYTHING FROM SCRATCH

I will want to strem movies from free sources like openload, rapid video like 2 server i ll choose . {If you know about facebook cdn will be appreciated and i can get u to my work }
3.
Whatever server i use need to encrypt the link to get protected from DMCA take down issues . Encrypt app as well .
App features
[ ] 1. I want simple user interface that easy to use for anyone .
[ ] 2. No REGISTRATION OR ACCOUNT .
Just download the app and watch movies
[ ] 3. Now only android app . After successful completion of android ap we will go to ios app .
[ ] 4. I want to stream movies of chinese korean english malayalam tamil kannada and hindi .
[ ] 5. I want app in multiple language .
[ ] 6. I want to know best possible method to stream movies .
[ ] 7.i in player needs Chromecast and to connect to the tv
[ ] 8. Multiple subtitles supports .
[ ] 9. If you have payneer account will be better .
[ ] 10. i have a scetch of the app so you will get design from it .
[ ] 11. Need few guidelimes who ever open the app for first time .
[ ] 12. Movies filter like popular year new like bla bla .
[ ] 13. i already build app but some reason i forced to avoid it . Which i lose money on it . So im in a tight situation to complete the app
