APP IOS/ANDROID simple para start-up

Hi all, I'm Albert Collell, co-founder of an eco-mobility company in Barcelona and we need help with a project. We need for a start-up in Barcelona an APP in IOS and Android for a gamified waiting list to register leads and interested in the service. The Flow is the following: -The user enters the app, gives us his phone. -Receive the verification code -Introduce additional data (email and name) -Welcome page with text plus score that has the waiting list. He can see how many people are in front of him and how many are behind him in teh list. -Button at the bottom to share or answer the question (Challenge) of the day. If you share, you add 10 points to your score, if you give the riddle on day i it answers correctly you get 20 points. Other requirements: The Challenges will be daily and we would need to be able to change them every day. Phone Notifications every time we have a new Challange. We would have to keep in a database the telephones and emails of the users. I leave the Adobe XD file that we have built so you can see more in detail what we want. The graphic section does not have to be exactly like this, we are looking for a quick and easy solution to our problem, if you have to use IOS or Android kits to streamline the development ... we are open.
