I'm working on an android application that converts speech to text, text to speech and speech to sign language. I have completed the text to speech and speech to text parts. I need someone who can can help me to make a simulation of sign language that a deaf person can look and understand.
This is not a very complicated task so i'm expecting an affordable developer.
