Our company would like to hire someone to make us an app.
First I'll explain the problem, we are a wholesale flower company, and when you sell a truck of flowers per day, it's really hard to keep track of all the buckets, trolleys and boxes(which everyone has to return because they are expensive). We have a poor system of using excel to keep track but is too complicated and too much work because you have to spend a lot of time filling all the information in.
So what we want is an app that will have the first page to select the client(there will be a limited number of clients) which you will be able to search for and also you will need to have on top right a add new client in which we will fill in their information(Name, name of company, phone number and e-mail).
When we choose a client there will pop up a box which will say if the client is taking or returning ambalage, then we go to the next page which will have 3 options: Boxes(and a picture of a box), Buckets(and a picture of a bucket) and Trolleys(and a picture of a trolley).
On selection we will jump to another window(I'll take example of boxes, but the principle is same for other two).
There will be six different types of boxes, eight different types of buckets and 2 types of trolleys.
For the boxes(There will be just 6 pictures of boxes, no name) and on selection the picture will close up just a little and a slider with numbers will pop up that will represent the number of that type of boxes taken, and when selected it zooms out back to pictures of boxes so we are able to select more types of boxes and there also must be a back button to go back to the options of boxes, buckets and trolleys where we will be able to select more and when we are done we will press the button on top right("Done") and there will pop a list off all the things that we selected and if it checks out alright we will press finish. On finish we will send a SMS message to the client and an e-mail of the list we just filled(Every client will have their SMS and e-mail filled as I said before). And we will need to have an access to the database so we can track it all(And of course we will need to have ability to list by history all ambalage takes and receives. Preferably we would like to keep track on this database on the PC. And if possible an option that will make statistics on every buyer per year of how much he took and gave back.
