Add sound to Mobile app

We need to update our APP for iOS and Android, with a custom sound. We uses Firebase for push notifications, and will make the change ourselves to the API for notification sending. But need help to implement the sound to the app. We also need a Setting in the app, so select witch sound the user want to use. Its importen you have big empiriens as app developer, and know firebase.
