Bir Android uygulaması yaz

I want to order an app for android platform. if It goes well, I will order it also for iphone... It will provide an interaction between 2 people or within a group... One person will send a positive or negative symbol to other one, and write the reason of it under it. The other person must accept it it the reason is agreed before. they will follow a schedule and the symbols will be evaluated within a time or period. at the end of period, they will see the results and they will see who is the winner. actually there is a certain concept of this app but I will explain it after I agree with someone. Graphics must be impressive. I am an interior designer and have been working on graphic design more than 20 years. So it is not easy to satisfy me in terms of graphics. app will be rewarding and evaluating two people or members in a group.. conceptual competitions may be time limited or limitless. participants may see the results online and whenever they want. there will be 2 actions, rewarding and warning. rewards and punishments will balance the results according to user's opinions. I mean 3 minus may delete 1 plus, for an example. Or one side may use one of the rewards to do something according to other side's demands... This is my first androip app order. so I have no idea about how to put it on android market, or publish it, whatever. I have no idea about copyrights or legal sides. I will also need to organize "terms of agreement" section and I must be free and irresponsible about user interactions inside the app and network. I don't need to monitor user actions, or the results between users. I will upload schematic drawings of the app which will tell details... Thanks (this is personal, non-profit application which will make people to understand each other. So I have not a big budget. But if you believe it may turn into a beneficial commercial application, I am ready to listen partnership and contribution agreements)
