Ninjatrader 8 algo

Write me an algo for ninjatrader 8, this should be automated trading based on the Bull Flag and Bear Flag pattern. I should be able to set my time frame, based on the first candle stick, I should be able to set time for profit taking, and set stop loss. Example - First candle , should be an explosive candle, the second candle pulls back, but no more then 50% of the first candle, as the third candle appear and move up , right as it pass the second candle , enter the trade. The stop loss should be at the low of the second candle.
