Mechanical, material and industrial engineers needed. Working prototype built and functional. Help finalize and refine

Its a simple yet extremely effective tool/aid. Huge market demand. Prototype is made, works and tested. Experts needed to help refine and finalize. My background is in retail sales and finance. Most of my career has been in California working for major corporations. Started at 18 in a highly competitive cutthroat environment. I hated it but needed the money desperately at the time. I decided 2 months in not only to accept it but to master it. Became a top producer and an expert salesman by learning and watching. It is a skill and an art you can’t learn in a class, only in the grind. I moved up the ladder quickly, 27 years later now i train sales managers in southern California . I have had product ideas in the past that I either didn’t have the time, money or the team to take it all the way. Some were too grand some I took too long only to see something similar on the market and i missed the boat. I have made a few attempts in my early 20s. Filed for trademarks, patent searches and even patents. I went down the “send us your idea, we help inventors” rip off. I know I have the vision, creativity and salesmanship it takes. This time this idea is red hot. Huge demand, world wide potential and incredibly simple and cheap. Best part is I made a couple in my garage with basic tools and it works just as I imagined. Somehow it was over looked. This makes it almost the perfect invention in this crazy and over saturated market. I could go it alone. The prototype is already made i tested and tested and used my GoPro to record its effectiveness. I was very consistent and detailed in my testing procedure. It works so well I almost began looking into manufacturing and contacting lawyers. I decided to pump the brakes and make sure nothing was overlooked so here i am. I want a couple of professionals to join me and bring this helpful product to consumers. I am fair and direct. This is not a gimmick or get rich fast scam. I believe if you make something make it right. Thats where you come in. I need experts to help finalize this product. Check for flaws, help with picking the best materials in case there is better and ease of manufacturing. I am easy to work with, open to ideas and logic. Automotive, Transportation and logistics sectors are target customers. No moving parts or rare exotic materials. My formula is simple: drive to succeed, creativity, always looking for demand and refusing to believe its all been invented. Now add 3-4 basic materials, some geometry, a drop of luck and physics did the rest. This may be long winded but I want it obvious that I am looking for passion and diligence. I am not rich, I am comfortable with access to financial resources. Including my story and details in a project post may seem odd but I believe in full disclosure and transparency with my team from the get go. Patents are great and I will file soon, but whats better is a quality product that was so well thought out it would take years to improve or even attempt to compete with. We don’t get redos in this business. I will ask any candidate to sign a non disclosure agreement. I will ask for credentials because I want the best. You didn’t have to go to MIT either (that would be a plus) I am all for the underdogs also, I am one. All applicants will be considered with an open mind. There is nothing like this and once you see it and its functionality you may laugh and wonder “How did this get missed?” I Look forward to bringing this to market with your knowledge and skill.
