Sales Pitch/ business plan

Hi, I need someone to write business pitch/ business plan for introducing a product to the EU market. I'm presenting it to potential investors. It should contain information about: current sales on the market, future potential of the product, legislation etc. Here is a short description of the registered intellectual property/product i'm talking about: Hi, I hold a packaging patent that I believe could be of interest. It is attached to this email. More specifically, it is an EU 3D-Design Trademark that protects the rectangular shape for packaging of “herbs”, for both pharmaceutical and normal industries. The main function being that it protects what is know as the Snus pouch. I am very lucky that it got registered and passed the 1-year quarantine period. Meaning that it is more-or-less set in stone. I previously held it in the USA, but it was rejected before the quarantine period had passed. They said it was too close to creating a monopoly by protecting such a common shape. Emphasis on shape. I’ve also attached the provisional refusal from USPTO, so you can see for yourself. It was an extension of the EU IP. I would now like to take advantage of my current situation, which most likely will not happen again. It is a very unique situation. My patent lawyers at JWP has now issued a few “seize and desist” letters to some of the snus producers in Sweden for breach of intellectual property. I am looking for a strategic partner to help get it out on the market as well as protect further infringements from happening. Potentially, even a sale if the price is right. Sweden is the only country in the EU that is allowed to sell snus. The EU patent office is not there, which probably helped my application get through. However, it is the tobacco aspect of the snus that prevents it from being sold in the rest of the EU. The nicotine is why people use it. Tobacco aroma could always be added. Moreover, the intellectual property also protects cannabis. CBD can be sold freely in most EU countries. With this IP we could introduce snus to the EU and have the rectangular packaging for ourselves. If you look at the sales numbers from Sweden (Swedish Match, Fiedler Lundgren, Imperial Tobacco) this is a multi-billion dollar industry in Sweden/Norway alone. Because it is a 3D design trademark, it can be renewed indefinitely
