Hi,
We are a sports analytics start up launching in India. We are looking for analysts to prepare a market research as well as initial business strategy report for us.
What we are going to do:
We are working on real time sports analytics system based on wearable wireless sensors which gives a real time data about the kinematics (motion of body, limbs) and dynamics (forces, acceleration). Sensors can be strapped like a fitness band on the subject/body to study the behavior, techniques, fatigue, injury predictions, generate data for improvements etc. It can also be strapped to sports instruments like bat, racket & stick to generate data from them .
We will also be able to provide the detailed post event summery of the activities done in sports.
What we want:
Part-1: Sports all together: -
We want a good market research done for the above line of product/application focusing on various sports, market, usefulness, impact, competitors, expectations, latest trends, future scope, challenges etc. Include key matrices for sports analytics, what is required, how it is to be presented, what are companies involved in this space are doing etc.
We also want to understand the sports, market, usefulness and impact of the product in following sports in details:
1. Cricket,
2. Athletics ( Running, 100m, Long Jump)
3. Archery
4. Golf
(Primary research will be required for the above sports)
Part 2: We require a GTM strategy-Business strategy to enter the market in India. Key factors, scope, methodology, expected cost-revenue relation etc. Include various matrices to assist in decision making. A comprehensive realistic report is expected.
