Email Blast and List... Send to your list

I need an email blast to over 100.000 email targeting women all over the world but mostly US. More details when we converse. the delivery of these emails must be at least 90%+ to the INBOX! We cannot afford SPAM. - Must be able to review and modify HTML email and give advice to lower "SPAM SCORE" of email creative. - You need to be white-listed. Your account/ISP etc. can not be considered a spammer. - Provider must be experienced and be able to use USA Non Blacklisted IP's and Servers. - MUST PROVIDE AN OPT OUT WITHIN THE EMAIL. - HTML and text based email as well, must be created. - Emails MUST go to the inbox and NOT to the junk or spam folders. - If done properly so all emails reach the inbox this campaign should last about month. - You should be able to provide reports, including opened, read, bounced, click-through's, etc. I look forward to talking to you to see what you can do.
