Market Research for a fatigue retreat centre.

Hey there, Basically I want to provide a restorative and healing living environment for people overcoming Chronic Fatigue and similar illnesses. The age range I want to target is around 20's-35 years old. The location is Christchurch, New Zealand. Market Research Questions. I want to know if people are willing to move out of their current homes and in to a dedicated space/ house for healing? With a community of people with the same motives. If special amenities including a float tank, sauna, ice bath, gym, would attract people. If people would prefer to cook their own meals, or have them cooked for them. How much they can afford to pay. (They are most likely on the NZ Sickness benefit.) If they are willing to share a room. (Like a boarding house) How long they are willing./ ideally want to stay. (Im thinking a minimum of 3 months, or around a year) What resources/ healing techniques have helped them most What is their diet/ food preference? How can I cater for them? If they are open to try new techniques (Like Float tank, sauna, ice bath..) If they would like a personalised health program tailored to their specific needs and goals. If a basic daily plan to assist in healing would be beneficial. What is their ideal location? Beach? Mountains? in town? Away from everything? Would they be ok living in a community house with other people with similar aims? If so, how many people would they be comfortable sharing a space with. What would stop them from doing it? What would make the process easier for them. If they would need assistance moving in. If people did not want to go, what support do they want for their healing process. And anything else you feel will be related.. Another related topic I would like to research is: Whether there is a market for residential (In home) ice baths, saunas, float tanks in towns in New Zealand. I also want to know what the best way to recruit, reach and market to people would be? Eg. Social media, Creating a website, Creating a fb group etc..
