We are a new start up trading company based in Malaysia seeking applicants to join us for the following position.
Office Manager cum Company secretary
Role and Responsibility
Source office location within Malaysia with given requirement
Negotiate the best offer and manage contract with property agent/ landlord
Manage company bank account transactions locally on behalf of company
Assist in company registration with coordination with appointed agency
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
Handle office management, general administration and procurement of office supplies and services
Maintain workplace in a good and safe condition.
Manage contract and price negotiations with vendors, service providers, and office lease
Liaise with the building property manager regarding tenant-landlord issues.
Maintain and keep a record on internal control, such as fixed assets, IT etc.
Work closely and report to Hong Kong office
Requirement:
At least 2-5 years relevant working experience in related positions
Diploma or Bachelors degree
Fluent communication skill (both written and spoken): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin would be an added advantage
Self-motivated and can work independently with minimal supervision
Results-oriented
Able to multitask
Experienced in Office management
Willing to learn and have strong leadership skills
