Synology DS415+ (4-bay SATA NAS) is dead by motherboard (confirmed). There were 4x 1TB WD drives in something so called SHR (Synology Hybrid Raid) - which supposed to be enhancement of RAID-5 (first two partitions for system only.)
Now I need to assembly this array , but not very familiar with MDADM. So looking for someone to finish it. I made images out of drives (by the dd command), images are attached as loop devices (losetup), but mdadm awaits.
Be serious, only for guys with experience ... it's a home device ... in case of any fail, re-copying of images takes eternity.

Hi,
So this is my understanding.
1. Your synology h/w is dead and you need to recover the data from your synology disks which are in RAID5.
It is "almost" possible to recover data using a Linux (Ubuntu) system.
1. You need to install mdadm and lvm2 .
2. mdadm -Asf ( -A for assemble, -s for scan )
3. vgchange -ay
Then the system should detect your drives and you can copy data. By the way the attached images are not clear to me.
Let me know if this worked.
Thank You
