Need some one who can help us for L1 support. you have to go client location and perform task as per requirement. That is part time on going super super easy job. as long you know how to connect laptop to router/switch/firewall network device and you must have team viewer and putty so L2 engineer can work. you are just helping hand for L2 engineer. not technical but technical job. just basic knowledge how to connect cable and must have laptop and RJ 45 cable and mobile with internet.

I Worked As A free lancer Noc engineer for Verizon and other companies ,this kind of work we need one laptop and a console cable and a active internet connection so that once we reach a site we will get a call from L2 team we need to connect our laptop to device and give a remote access to L2 team . some time this L -1 Projects include Rack mount of routers and switches as well and replacement of device i worked on .
