Kubernetes implementation with strict security requirements

Hi there! I am a system administrator security focused with 6+ years of experience deploying, optimizing and securing servers, infrastructures and cloud services as AWS. I have worked with the required technologies as kubernetes, vpn, tools, clusters, monitoring tools, auto scaling, etc. I would like to work you in this project. I have expirience developing kubernetes clusters. At my current work, I manage a Kubernetes Cluster for our CI Environment with Jenkins and other devops stuff. We work in AWS. I do not have production expirience with kops, however is very similar to other k8s installations... May I have more details about this project? Best Regards

I have extensive experience working in kubernetes. I started working in k8s from v1.4.7 and currently on v1.10.3. We started with couple of micro services and currently manage 30 r4.2xlarge aws nodes with more than 250 microservices, with Ngnix as reverse proxy. I have done everything that is listed in the requirement. I am very independent worker, i will try to resolve most of the problems by myself. All the deployment is automated thru Jenkins pipeline, Github has webhook configured to trigger the job when the user commits. The git pipeline is multistage pipeline (Build, Scan (Using twistlock for security scan), deploy to dev, unit test (for java apps I used jacaco to analyze result and if more than certain percent of test failure dont continue the build and notify developer) & integration test staging and canary & prod with manager approval or above. Jenkins we used configuration plugin and jnlp slaves. i.e each build will start a pod in kubernetes, do the build and deploy to each env based on the node name. Docker repo - We use ECR Have experience in dockerizing java, node, go, python and static sites developed in hugo, vue.js etc. Automation is mostly done with python or ansible. I have worked with docker and kubernetes on bare metal machine, VMs and AWS. I have worked with kubectl, horizontal autoscaling, grafana, kube secrets, helm charts, ingress, service load balancers, replication, flannel configuration, config maps, deployments, stateless/stateful sets, etc. I have experience in linux, networking, shell scripting and CI/CD. I didnt get a chance to work with kops, but it seems to be similar to kubectl itself. I have an in depth understanding of docker and kernel level security features provided by docker. I dont have hands on experience with prometheus..however it seems good to pick up. I had used heapster earlier.
