I would like to build a solution to programmatically create, destroy and manage my DigitalOcean droplets (aka servers) via DigitalOcean API.
The scope:
Solution is able to automatically create ubuntu droplets, create users, set user passwords, run predefined scripts/command_set
Solution is able to destroy droplets based on triggers (i.e. time, event)
Solution must be able to run on either/both Windows and/or Linux
Source code is required for future maintenance
