Hello Mate, Let me tell you in detail regarding your project. First of all, the keywords you have selected are both high competition keywords in Sydney area and there are other keywords that have monthly same search volume but have very low competition and it can be ranked easily. Secondly since both have high competition and your site is relatively new, i would suggest you to go for Long tail keywords as it will take alot of time even with the good DA/PA backlinks that your site will come on first page of google with these two keywords. Try 'day trips from sydney' , 'sydney day trips' , 'Visit sydney' or more searched words like 'what to do in sydney' , 'things to do in sydney' etc. YOUR WELCOME. If you are going to hire someone or if someone is promising you that he will get you on top with these keywords in a month then either he is doing black hat techniques or he has no idea of what he is talking about. Secondly Authentic High quality backlinks from sites consists either from writing a quality piece of article for their site or giving them money to publish your writing with the backlink and i dont think anyone would spend money from his own pocket for your site if you are releasing all the payment after the work is done.
