Project Requirements:
Linking Sites and Pages:
- 50 links from PR5+ pages on PR5+ websites
- Links must be from internet marketing, search engine optimization, web design or web hosting sites.
- All web sites to be English language
- The linking page will have no more than 30 outbound links.
- All pages with links must be able to be navigated to from the home page
- Links will not be on Flash sites or pages
- The linked page be cached & indexed by Google. No penalized or banned sites from Google.
- Absolutely NO LINK FARMS, and NO Automated link systems, NO Article links.
- No Links from forums, FFA, Spam sites, instant links sites, guest books, illegal/warez, or dis-allowed by robots.txt.
Link attributes:
- Anchor text for each link must be one of the two specified keyword phrases (to be provided once project agreed)
- The link must be to the URL specified (to be provided once project is agreed – it is the homepage)
- All links to be permanent one-way links and remain active for 12 months at least – No reciprocal link exchange
- All links must be from different Class-C IP addresses. Ie, no 2 links will reside on the same server or be from same domain.
- No redirects, No JavaScript links, No hidden links, No cloaked , No “"black hat" techniques.
- Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted (so you need to collect these first and confirm)
Project:
- Not to use automated tools – all links must be submitted manually
- Ethical link building only (No link farms, spam sites or blacklisted sites)
- I will require a spreadsheet with link site, Exact URL (clickable hyperlink), Site Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank and IP address and submitted date.
- I reserve the right not to accept a link if it breaches the above requirements and I reserve the right to make that judgement.
Person/Company:
- Must have a proven track record in delivering similar requirements (we are unlikely to accept a bid from freelancer with no rating)
- Please include references in your PM; ie sites and keywords + customer testimonials
- You must be honest, reliable and prepared to communicate progress regularly
