Ninja outreach or pitch box link builder wanted

In your response type BENNY so i know you read this fully! Looking for a company to join my SEO team who can handle link outreach and link building in the form of Niche Edits. I AM NOT LOOKING FOR SEO, GUEST POST AND NICHE EDIT ONLY. Niche edits are basically anchor text within related content. It comes in the form of "resources" that are good to link out to for seo purposes. That is my primary need since there is no need for content. Example you may find blogs about internet marketing and then ask them to add a company name or words link building and link out to me. I am ONLY interested in those who have a proper system to manage these orders with something like ninja outreach or pitchbox. You must have experience in this and give me some kind of expectation of results even if it is the worst-case scenario as that is how i will judge your performance and see if the price i am paying makes sense. I may also do some guest posts but that will only be 20% of my need.
