I want to implement Ad Tracking Tags Into Video Player

We are a small ad agency start-up based in NYC. We have a campaign that is using a video ad player. We have teamed up with an independent ad verification firm called MOAT. In order to verify metrics on our video player (like plays, clicks, stops etc on the video ad), the player needs to be implemented with their tracking tags. They have sent over instructions on implementing the code but we are having some difficulties with the set-up. We'd like to see if we can get some help with implementing the code into a test player so that we can use it as an example for all future video players. Thanks!
