A web page should contain 4 text boxes which are grouped together and a search button should exists. Below is the example per id : per first name : per last name : per email id : 1. When a user enters per id and clicks search button, then list of accounts associated to per id should be displayed in a combo box ( which ever looks good). for example, if a person enter 101, then in combo it should display 102,103,104,105 [ this has to be returned from an dummy api call provide a Skelton and how to use api call and it will return json] 2. Similarly When a person enter per first name and per last name, it should fetch the per id and internally we will call dummy api once we get per id. 3. Similarly When a person enter per email address, it should fetch the per id and internally we will call dummy api once we get per id. 4. When I click id, it should display google maps and display points on that. some more requirements will be added/ changed. I need a person who can design well rather than asking me about the design how the page should look. Provide me some previous work.
