Help with regex javascript

Hi, This is a very very small task, so i cant pay a lot for this. But im not a wizard with regex. And i got a dilemma with regex and javascript currently. I want to trim/remove spaces in the start and end of a string, and remove dashes "-" in the start and end of string. Ex. a = " - Some Words - Yep" b = "Some Words - Yep - " I want that to become a = "Some Words - Yep" and b "Some Words - Yep"
