Google Form (Coding/Scripts)

Looking for someone who can help me script/code a google form to change the theme and some of the features of the form.
Some of the coding/script requirements include and not all listed:
Theming
Removal of the Google forms footer and any reference to google forms throughout
Styling beyond that of the standard styling features offered within the standard google form
Logic/scripting
Show and hide logic based on answers already completed
Creating a google form -from a google sheet
Possibility to integrate PayPal into the form to collect payments
I have quite a high level of understanding of the google forms as a tool, so not looking for someone to teach me how to use google forms- but to provide guidance and advice on how I might be able to do the scripting/coding myself or to provide your service to complete the work.
I am aware that there are lots of form tools available on the market that might provide me with some of the above mentioned features. However I find that Google forms does quite a lot of what I need without the necessity to be restricted to how many forms I have or form responses per month. I just want to take Google forms and make it work for me, and believe it's possible to do so with scripting.
