Build Custom Google Maps Add-In

Looking for a developer fluent with the Google Maps API and connecting it to a SQL database to create an interactive environment. The goal is to automatically populate longitude and latitude for addresses within several different tables within a Microsoft SQL Server database for existing records that also automatically populates the lon/lat coordinates as new records are added to these tables. From there, I need them displayed on an interactive map of sorts that allow those lon/lat points to be sorted by each table and specific variables on a table. For example, one table will be for accounts that have an address. Some accounts will be owned by specific users or user teams in the system, and the map should be filterable by those two options by default. The should also be the capability to create routes in the database and store those by user, and allow an approval process to be created if desired by using the software's native workflow engine to do so.
