Remittance Advice and Purchase Ledger

Hi, I currently use Sliq Invoicing Plus for my Sales side, this keeps a record of my customers and invoices along with payments made etc - you can download a free 30 day copy of this if you need to so that you understand what i am using from [login to view URL] What i need is something to handle my suppliers along with the payments i need to make to them when i do a payment run and for it to provide as PDF/Print a Remittance Advice layed out in a template that i can edit as and when needed. This project can be done 1 of 2 ways - either a similar solution to the Sliq package that i use and with the same look/feel to it and functionality so that the two systems aren't that different to get used to and switch between. The other option is to provide a Joomla Extentions for my website - this would need to be provided as an installable extension so that i can use the built in Joomla installer i currently use J1.5 - this extension would need to allow front end and back end ability to update the file and obviously these would be secured using the Joomla user account details to access the pages. I belive the software/extension would need to have the following minimum ability but if i hjave overlooked anything then please feel free to point this out in your proposal as additional functionality that you feel is needed. I will need to be able to keep supplier records such as contact details, payment terms, vat code, bank details etc. I would also need to be able to keep a transaction record. I will need to be able to input the supplier invoices as and when they come in and then for the system to allow me to "do a payment run" which will produce a report showing all the suppliers/invoices that are due to be paid based on the payment terms with the amounts and bank details. The system should give me the option to hold payments even if past the payment terms for a specified reason and for any that are on hold these would not be put in the payment run. A seperate report should allow me to see any Supplier/Invoices on hold. The system should give me the option to accept that i am paying the due invoices and mark these as paid with a reference for tracability and also a date they was paid. I should be bale to setup a Remiitance Advice Template and the system should PDF/Print all the remittance advice that are due consolidating multiple invoices for a supplier on one remittance etc with details such as Our Reference, Supplier Reference, Invoice Date, Paid Date, Amount, Balance etc. I must have the ability to edit transactions/suppliers/paid flags etc and the ability to re-print payment reports/remittance using the reference that is allocated automatically. I also need the abilit to export a backup file encase of emergencies that can also be re-imported. I also want the ability to export supplier/transaction detail into excel. Hopefully i have explained enough detail for you to put a proposal together and bid. Please present a proposal of how the system will work. I have attached a document indicating must have fields but if you feel more is needed please add them.
