iPhone & Android Development Expert

Hello, We have an iPhone & Android app concept (specifically designed for the new iPad) and we'd like an experienced iPhone and/or Android developer to consult us on the feasibility of the concept. You will be required to answer the following: 1) Feasibility Study: Can the concept be developed with the current iPhone platform - why or why not? Can the concept be developed with the current Android platform - why or why not? 2) Approach: If the concept can be developed, what would be your high-level approach? How long would development take? 3) Are there any apps that are doing anything similar? ** The chosen developer will also have the opportunity to develop the concepts (assuming they're feasible)! ** Concept details will be provided to the chosen developer after a NDA is signed. You are NOT actually developing the app, simply stating if it's possible to develop with the current Apple/Android SDKs. ** Please only bid if you have feedback of 8 or higher and please provide the iPhone apps you've worked on / developed.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
