I need a determined on-camera investigative reporter in courthouse shoot near Indianapolis wihtin days short notice

I need a hard-hitting on-camera investigative reporter to work near Indianapolis. But have legal experience and on-camera experience. Please provide references and a tape of previous on-camera broadcasted reports. This will likely be on network. Must be able to travel to Indiana near Indianapolis, on a day's notice to be on camera in a courthouse, possibly intimidated, but determined and quick-witted, reasoned and quick-on-your-feet. Investigating possible government corruption, beginning with a Protective Order "hearing" from a friend, of a friend connected person, possibly to the highest levels of city government. If you have a camera man with equipment, will hire them too. We have our own but will use yours if needed. The budget is negotiable.
