Roughly I can explain, I have a furniture showroom and I have a warehouse almost 1000 m2. We are buying goods from 7-8 different brand. We don't have check list when we had products from trucks. All the goods coming with truck. From another country. Even we have a loading list we can not organise what we have in our stock or what we should add our stock. Unfortunately everything Manuel. Even barcod system we don't have. Also we have to much spare parts but we don't know what we have.

Hello, What you need is a tailor made Warehouse Software. We can provide you one which will have the following features: 1. Setup a. Create & maintain suppliers list b. Create & maintain product list c. Create & maintain "parts" list d. Geocode various storage sections of the Warehouse 2. When a truck comes: a. When truck arrives, someone at gate can quickly select supplier (who sent the truck) and products (what was supplied in the truck) to generate batches of QR Code Stickers and attach on the products. b. Now when another employee takes in the product and keep them on a shelf or section of the warehouse, he just scans the barcode and selects the appropriate "location". 3. When a product or part goes out of the Warehouse a. Scan the QR at the gate before it gets out. 4. Manage a. Once A & B & C above are done, you will never have to waste time in looking for a product or a "part" b. Stock Report (what's there in the Warehouse and what's where in the warehouse) will always be at your fingertips. We can work alongside you and be your development partner and implementation partner. Hi, What I understood from your description is that your inventory is has no control or management. Proper stock control system has to be established where we are very experienced. Few question I have to clarify from you while discussion. 1. The goods coming to your warehouse that is fine but are they always coming from that same 7-8 brands? 2. Hello! I'm currently working as a Logistic and Product Manager in a Multinational Company based in Portugal. Here and in all Companies which I had worked we das an ERP system (PHC,SAP, Primavera..) to have an accurate accountability and inventory report all right. Otherwise, I totally believe that it's very difficult to work without any informatic system. This, because, it's very difficult to work on the data, (in quantity and in value) and to have everyting under control. In this scale that you mentioned you really need to have way to know anytime all quantities per reference, model, size , color and more. We can work in different perspectives deppending in the amount which you want to invest, and also, if you want to keep it manually, we can found some alternatives to do it in a better way looking to have all in control and organized. Documents to follow the shipments (packing lists, transport docuements, invoices) and also some EAN machines that can work. But anyway, it not very complicated. We have a lot of work but after organization and inventory counting we can help you. The most reccommended in my opinion is to implement an ERP system and some other process which we can decide and map together to make it easier for you. Thank you and hope to hear from you soon.
