20s Video Ad for Shopping List App

I'd like a simple 20 second advertisement animated video that explains my app, and will be used for my kickstarter campaign and other advertising.
The app is a shopping list, with the following features:
- facebook/google login so you never lose a list. can have the same list on all devices
- ios/android mobile app, and a website where you can view your list and share it with others
- link lists and shop together - as you check things off the list, everyone gets updated. you always work off the same list by sharing a link code.
- all items include photos so you can be sure of getting the right product. use images from online or use your own image.
- enter items by scanning the barcode or by typing in the name manually. barcode scanning is done by the phone's camera.
future features will be:
- receive alerts when your products go on sale nearby
- suggest meals based on your ingredient list
I'd like the video to be about 20 seconds, include some basic animation and text, and be voiced over preferably by a female voice. The video will describe my app's benefits and a brief mention of the future features.
I don't have any graphics, logos or designs for this, but I'd like a simple primary color sets of white/blue. I do have screen mockups for the app but they are wire frame only. I'll give you freedom to make it look how you feel is best, I'm not a graphics person, I just want a clean, easy to understand, and professional ad.
I'm hoping to pay around $50 CAD.
