We’re looking for a full-time Social Media Marketer / Growth Hacker to run our social media accounts efficiently and effectively. Time-frame: 2 - 4 months You will: - Regularly draft and schedule (intriguing, amusing, helpful, and consistent) social updates to various platforms - Interact with our followers and monitor online channels to find opportunities to join in conversations - Be in charge of lead gen./ acquisition. We currently need 30,000 emails. - Identify, build and maintain relationships with industry influencers - Use analytics and data-driven decisions to drive more social engagement and click-throughs - Coupons, perks and raffles ideation and generation to engage customers - Work closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute campaigns - Engage and run our newsletter campaigns. - Target segmentation - Be in constant contact with industry Magazines, bloggers, and tech or Gadget writers distributing continuously our PR - Partner with PPC, PPS affiliate marketer companies, manage the the pixels scripts on our website. - Run our campaigns across channels, google ads, bing ads and facebook ads. - Run continuously our video campaign in services like Chatroulette. - Work on the back-linking submission of our website in relevant websites, events, etc. - Assets creation/ modification with given style guide direction. - Constantly get followers social proof, in the best case with permission to use their picture. - Create appealing landing for our Kickstarter and Indiegogo marketing campaign.

I have 4 years of corporate advertising & marketing experience along with 4 years of running my own advertising & marketing agency (and by agency I mean me and when needed, I hire a few friends/past co-workers) focusing heavily on PPC, SMM, and SEO. In addition to my focus, I also have quite a bit of landing page, sales funnels, and website development experience. One of my most recent clients (a real estate agent) needed design work for her newsletter, print ads, etc. so I learned InDesign and ended up really enjoying it’s something I still do. I am proficient in Wordpress, Wix, Squarespace and know basic HTML so any backend website work isn’t a problem. Lastly, I have worked with a few e-commerce clients and in the last two, helped to run and to start from scratch an affiliate network. In both cases I used Clickfunnels (Edison suite) as it is extremely cost effective and gives you sales funnel/landing page software, email marketing software, and an affiliate development & management software all of which integrates with just about anything you can think of. in terms of Social Media Marketing, I am familiar with Sprout, Hootsuite, and a few others although I prefer Sprout for a few different reasons. Either way, I can use any software and have had to do multiple projects without any software (that basically takes away your ability to approve or deny posts before going live). I will quickly hit the ground running by getting new business all while insuring a positive 3x ROI
