Sales Representative, Lead Qualifier and Appointment Setter

You will be a Sales Representative for Our Client's New Company:
- 3 Step Diet: [login to view URL]
- The program we're advertising: $600 nutritional coaching programs with Registered Dietitians provided to individual clients both locally & in person, and online through skype
Objective:
- To set appointments daily with goals of 3 appointments each day
- To qualify leads on phone call before the appointment with questions
- To help the dietitians close 5+ appointments per week
- To conduct reminder calls to ensure show rates are high
- Follow up with no-shows, reschedules, non-interested prospects, etc.
Whom are we calling?
- Online advertisement leads as they come into the system we are using inquiring about a 15-minute strategy session with our dietitians to learn more about our programs
- They are originating from Facebook/Instagram advertising and InfusionSoft emails
KPIs for performance:
- Appointments set each day: Goal is at least 3+ per day
- Show rates on appointments set: Goal is 80% each day
- Sales closing rates: Goal is to help Dietitian close at least 50% of appointments
- Reschedule rates on no-shows, reschedules, and non-interests
Systems:
- Infusionsoft CRM knowledge required
- Use of Google Sheets aptitude required
- Your own phone to make calls in the United States
- Laptop required
- Personal email required
Total hours per week: 22 hours. See details below.
Monday - Friday Per Day Tasks: 4 hours per day
Morning: 1.5 hours
- 7 am - 7:30 am PST of Online Lead Appointment setting for east coast leads
- 7:30 am - 8 am PST of east coast follow up calls for old leads, missed appointments, other leads + appointment reminders for scheduled leads
- 8 am - 8:30 am PST of Online Lead Appointment setting for west coast leads
Evening: 2.5 hours
- 3 pm - 4 pm PST of Online Lead Appointment setting
- 4 pm - 4:30 pm PST of east coast follow up calls for old leads, missed appointments, other leads + appointment reminders for scheduled leads
- 4:30 pm - 5 pm PST of west coast follow up calls for old leads, missed appointments, other leads + appointment reminders for scheduled leads
- 5:00pm - 5:30pm review sales notes and learn from the day's worth of sales to continue to improve your sales communications
Saturday Tasks: 1 hour total
- .5 hours in the Morning PST of Online Lead Appointment Setting and Follow Ups
- .5 hours in the Morning EST of Online Lead Appointment Setting and Follow Ups
Other Daily Tasks: 1 hour total
- Track daily activities, call notes in InfusionSoft
- Keep CRM records up to date in InfusionSoft
- Use InfusionSoft Daily
- Record phone conversations on Phone and submit to manager daily
- Ask for Feedback to improve sales skills
- Learn and grow
- High level of communication
- Report to manager
- Roll play scripts to keep communication sharp
