Sales business Development for SME design consultancy

I am an award winning industrial designer and am looking to employ a sales person to follow, source and promote my services.
I work with a diverse range of clients from hardware startups and established SME's. I am based in Sydney Australia and have worked with a global client base.
A positive attitude and winning personality with good spoken and written English are key requirements.
At this stage I am open to various proposals and terms of engagement with the key outcome being a constant pipeline of relevant business opportunities.
