We need more clients!
That's why I decided to start promoting company for my little business xzoomproject.com. Two persons: me and my wife. Architecture and Interior design projects. Residential and private houses. We have a powerful portfolio and we are easy to work with. We are almost perfect, but nobody knows us.
We were working on freelancer websites and arr pretty sure we can handle the job. And handle it good. All our feedback is always positive. Three years ago we didn'tt have have a reasonable portfolio. Now it's time to grow.
Generally I need a person who can provide constant clients flow by use of web, social media, Instagrams, facebooks and everything. Going to take care of that part of business constantly. From time to time, on monthly fee or for contract percent, don't know, you tell me best.
We need to get at least two-five clients per month in contract (depending on job size and budget)
Our desired clients are:
1. Mid age persons who are buying or building modern house by individual project or need an interior project.
2. Real estate development companies who built settlements, houses and need conceptual architects or interior designers for promoting material or for real project implementation.
Our unique features:
1. It's hard to trust your money to people you don't know. That's why we are ready to provide free conceptual sketch for each client. To show them our willing to work, give some good ideas regarding their project.
2. We are client-friendly. We continue work until client is fully satisfied. That's not just empty words. Providing unlimited number of revisions (unless it becomes a completely new project)) I think that should be used in promotion.
With particular this job I need from you three things (kindly post in your proposal):
1. what budget should I prepare for promotion company.
2. what steps do you plan to perform, what media fits best for architecture studio. Other words what is your plan.
3. The most important! What success stories do you have. Is there any small design studio that is happy with results of your job for them.
Persons who ignored questions would be ignored too, sorry guys, i'm a freelancer too)
The result would be a creation of new job for chosen person with budget obtained in pos.1.

One more thing to clarify: I don't want leads, clicks or followers from you. If you write "I can bring you clients" in your proposal - you are 90% hired!
