Manage my Search Marketing

A level college in London which attract 50% of their students from overseas wants more exposure to the potential Chinese market. We've looked at advertising on Baidu but we can't do it ourselves, and we don't trust agencies/they look too expensive. What we'd like is to find somebody with some experience of setting up advertising in Baidu to set up a simple advertising campaign to try to get some quality leads. A small piece of work but just dipping our toe in the water!
