I have an Arabic youtube channel about general topics (mainly self-development topics) with over 200k subscribers. I’ve had the channel for exactly two years and I’ve been working on my channel alone, but now I decided to hire a white hat SEO expert to move on quicker. I usually post 1 video per week and may be able to increase the rate to 2 videos/week soon. I have facebook, twitter and instagram official pages but they’re not very active as I don’t have to manage. I also have a good looking website in which I post my youtube videos. WHAT IS MY TARGET? - I currently have more than 200k YouTube subscribers and aiming to reach 750k within 12 months! WHO AM I LOOKING FOR? I’m looking to hire a full-time Youtube and social media expert to be in charge with the marketing of my Youtube channel brand. I want you to look at yourself as a business partner, not just an employee. I’ll edit my videos and publish them on YouTube myself… but you’ll need to: - Work around the youtube algorithms in order to increase the views of my videos. Keep in mind, that the work needs to be done as ‘white hat SEO’…. NO CHEATING OR TRICKS PLEASE! - Advise on what can be done to increase the number of views and subscribers. SKILLS REQUIRED: - Experience in growing a youtube channel. - Be a hard worker. - Be extremely organised and systematic. - Be efficient at online and social media research If you have done a role like this before and can get me guaranteed results, then i look forward to hearing from you. In your proposal, please share a brief summary of your experience, including examples of youtube and social media accounts previously created or managed. Please don't forget to mention how much time are you going to dedicate to this project and how much are you going to charge.
