2 hour help/tutorial with two keywords on google.

I have a website for a client that I have made some changes to in the title, url and text for pages throughout the site. Two years ago this improved the ranking on google for two important phrases/keywords. I would like to improve the ranking again and I'm not sure if the next step is social media, or page load time, mobile friendly or what is important. So I need someone to spent one hour to tell me what the next most important step is for these keywords. I would imagine this would need to be done in two stages.... some analysis and reports perhaps using some online keyword tools? and then some simple advise. I would make some changes to the website where possible through the Joomla CMS (or maybe I fine tune a cloudflare mobile friendly web page is thats appropriate). Perhaps the second step would be making a list of the seconds steps which might be more involved or take more time. It would be my responsibility to implement these second steps.
