I need a highly experienced Internet Marketing Professional to give a complete business development plan. I'm planning to build a blog that can monetize with google adsense. With such huge competition, I need an experienced Internet Marketing & SEO expert to help me with niche research. I want to start a niche that's not highly competitive but searched a lot on the internet. I want the internet marketing professional to be with me end to end and give a business development plan, help it get done, discuss regularly with me and the development team, writers, link builders, seo guys, facebook marketers, google adwords marketers and guide them such that the blog monetization kicks off. I need assistance in following, end to end 1. Niche Research to find our high traffic medium competition Niche 2. Keywords Research: Initial Set of Keywords to target, that have high traffic medium competition 3. Selection of Countries for the Niche. Worldwide or specific country to start off. 4. Selection of Theme for website, categories, content. 5. Help developer with Homepage creation, landing pages and article pages. 6. Placement of ads on various pages. 7. Selection of article titles for the first few weeks. Working with writers to select the best articles. After the articles are written, make them SEO friendly. 8. Help with complete ON SITE SEO (from sitemap to keyword optimation everything) 9. Link building and Offsite SEO 10. Social Pages and Marketing 11. Marketing on Facebook, Twitter and Google adwords 12. Building a brand on facebook and Targetted Customer list. 13. Finding way to collect bulk email list 14. Complete overall review of the blog regularly and working with various people (developer, writer etc) to figure out issues and increase traffic. You can either 1. Just give the plans for this and help me throughout and I will handle things. 2. You take the ownership of complete business development and my involvement is minimal. Please quote your bid for these two separately. Also, you need to tell me why I need to hire you for such a big responsibility. Thanks

Just to let you know that the most important person that should write a business plan is the owner itself. The reason I say this is because it'll be you who will have to deliver the plans in the future. But I know its difficult to create a plan and thats where I will help.
