We are looking for 10 people with great personalities who can work with little supervision. Call on individuals (B2C) that are either current clients or have requested information in the past for reputable insurance company (American Income Life Insurance). You must follow the full first paragraph of the script and then be able to have a conversation to gather certain information points prior to setting an appointment for one of our agents to come and speak with them face to face. Full training at time of onboarding. Continuous coaching and development. Telemarketing, appointment setting, or cold calling experience is preferred (even though we are NOT cold calling). 20 hours minimum - can increase to 36 hours per week (depending on your availability and your performance)
JOB REQUIRES:
Fluent English
High Speed Internet
Headset
2 screens helpful (but not required)
Mouse helpful (but not required)
Willingness to turn off firewall while working (it's a limitation of our current calling software)
Openness to being coached on a regular basis
Reliability to show up as scheduled and perform consistently
Ability to stay on the phones, available for calls for a majority of the shift.
Available hours (PST):
Monday: 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Tuesday: 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Wednesday: 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Thursday: 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Friday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm (3 hours minimum required)
Sunday: 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm (3 hours minimum required)
