Google Adsense expert to optimise revenue

I have a successful set of 4 web sites but I am running all the advertising from one AdSense publisher account. As a result some of the ads on one site are relevant to content on another site. I need someone to reconfigure all my adsense settings, decide whether I should have multiple publisher accounts, and set those up, or whether I am somehow misconfiguring my existing sites, and need to correct that. A further complication is that I am using DFP for the ad placements - it is so complicated to use but allows multiple ad placements in the same space to complete with each other. I also need to increase affiliate revenue - that means selling other products on my site and getting the payments
