Illustrator for Book Cover

I have a mock-up that I created from a couple different stock art pieces. I'm looking for someone to take this idea and create a custom black/white illustration in vector format (AI, EPS, or vector PDF). I only need the illustration of the color with no color. I'm providing a mock-up that I started. I'm a graphic designer but not an illustrator so I need to be able to manipulate the artwork if needed. I want the illustration to include: 1) The same facial expression as the mock-up. I do want the eyebrows softer (not just one black blob but soft lines as in the attachment). 2) The hand with the butterfly in the similar position. 3) Wavy/color hair with flowers in the hair such as in the illustration. 4) Full body drawn with dress similar to provided image and shoes similar to the wedge shoes image. Body shape similar to the one in the dress. No pattern on the dress. 5) Important for the neck to be visible as I will be adding artwork that I already have of the choker with the peacock feather. I would like the heart necklace and ring drawn on the girl. age of girl is around 17 years old. Let me know if you have any questions.
