We require a basic animation banner to be made for the header on a website. The graphic has been designed in Illustrator using vector shapes and will need to embed into an existing website layout. We do not want Flash and would like the animation coded in HTML5. The website is responsive but the animation would be hidden for widths under 1000px. We would like the banner to not have a limit to the width if possible, but if not a high limit width so that even if viewed on larger screens the animation will show edge to edge. Most of the animation would appear in the column width of 1155px - only clouds would flow in from the left and out to the right.
