I need to design a Competency Wheel (see attached samples) for a PowerPoint presentation.
The Competency data will ofcourse be different.
The model
1. Inner Wheel (Core Values) - will be split into 3 segments. Each segment will represent One value
2. The next wheel (Core Competencies) will also be split into 3 segments (there is no direct relationship/linkage) between the inner and outer wheel i.e. the Values are what enable the Core Competencies
3. The Third Wheel, will be split amongst the 3 Core Competencies Segments, each segment further divided into 2 segments
4. The outermost wheel, will have four segments for each of the 2 segments
2. I also need to create icons for each Segment/Slice (around 40 icons)
3. I also need to create a simpler wheel or a DNA model depicting the relationship between Competencies and the employee life-cycle. The purpose behind the diagram is to show how Competencies are the building blocks of every component of the Employee Life-cycle.
